Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders $50+. Standard shipping rates apply for all other orders.
Returns:
- Return shipping costs are covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging.
- Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased from another retailer. Only items bought directly from our website are eligible for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aeternahair.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the return has been processed.
